He can also help with general pain management and improving mobility, as well as supporting participation in sports and recreation activities for those on the NDIS.
In addition to the convenience of coming to you (and saving your travel time), having access to your home can also ensure that Andrew has a clear view of the difficulties that may arise from moving around the living spaces – and tailor treatment accordingly.
This can help him to understand better what the client is able to do within their own home and allow him to advise on how to adapt the home to better support the condition and rehabilitation. It also gives him a first-hand opportunity to show the client how they can apply their treatment to their everyday activities.
